Hi!

We are Freespect, not only a group of motivated Ultimate Frisbee players but also a group of friends. We give our all on the field, but never forget to have fun!

Founded in 2004 by Boris Kuijpers and his friends, Freespect has become a well established club in Belgian Ultimate. The club consists of more than 60 members and is active in all divisions: Open (men), Mixed, Women and Youth. Every year we compete at different levels in national and international tournaments. This helps us to improve and to keep spreading our love for this sport!

While everyone trains at the same time and on the same field, we often split our group to have a more focused training. Sometimes this is based on level and at least once a month we have a women's training.
